Lewis has over 20 years experience across a range of manufacturing companies in NZ and the UK working in Electronics, Healthcare, FMCG and Building Products.
He is one of Supreme’s Metallurgists holding a NZCE (Metallurgy). He also holds a Diploma in Industrial Production.
He is responsible for co-ordinating Supreme’s Technical resources to develop solutions to customers’ needs and growing the capabilities of the business.
Geir has been with Supreme since 1990, at first as Production Manager and now as Business Development Manager. Geir has a wealth of knowledge in investment casting, machining and fabrication conversion.
He has also worked in several businesses as production manager. Geir has the ability to quickly understand the customer's operation and offer the best solution for the particular component application.
Geir is from Norway, has travelled extensively and has a good understanding of various industry sectors including Mining, Oil Field Services and Defence.
Shaun is a financial professional with over 20 years’ experience in mid-sized companies manufacturing industrial and consumer products for distribution in domestic and export markets.
Shaun is responsible for the finance function of the company.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a Diploma in Computer Science and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Marcus has over 16 years experience in mechanical design and development, and has been responsible for a range of projects in high volume manufacturing to patented technology prototyping in NZ and the UK.
Marcus brings over 13 years of 3D CAD design experience to the team. Liaises with customers, toolmakers and production staff throughout the product rollout to ensure customer specification is met.
Graduating from Canterbury University in 1996 he holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with honours.
Zwia is a metallurgy and quality management professional with over 14 years of experience in the metals sector.
He has worked in various industries including ferro-alloys smelting, primary and secondary iron and steel production and steel processing.
He holds a Batchelors Degree in Metallurgy, certifications in Total Quality Management and is also an ISO9001 Lead Auditor.
Zwia joined Supreme Precision Castings in October 2023 adding to the team's collective experience in foundry operations and cast products applications.
